AWACE is a South Sudanese organization led by Rhoda Yar Bol that works with Flint Global to empower women through Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs), entrepreneurship training, coaching, and other economic-development efforts.

Our partnership with Flint Global and the AWACE program emphasizes empowerment and sustainability rather than dependency. Reports indicate that women in AWACE programs save together, access loans, build businesses, and increasingly provide for their families from income they generate themselves.

Hope & Equip is honored to partner with Great Cities Missions in supporting a ministry that continues to share the Gospel and serve people amid significant economic and material challenges.

Through this partnership, Hope & Equip helps provide practical resources that meet critical needs while strengthening the local church’s ability to serve its neighbors and demonstrate the love of Christ. More than simply providing assistance, our desire is to stand alongside Christians in Cuba as they bring hope, encouragement, and the Gospel into their communities—equipping the local church to become an enduring source of transformation in Cuba.

Hope & Equip and Tennessee Prison Outreach Ministry focus on a Christ-centered ministry that serves incarcerated individuals returning to society and their families. TPOM combines spiritual formation with practical support—including mentoring, education, vocational preparation, career support, and transitional housing—to help individuals successfully rebuild their lives.

Together, Hope & Equip and TPOM are helping people move beyond incarceration toward renewed relationships with God, family, work, and community—demonstrating that a second chance can become the beginning of a new life and a new legacy.

In 2026, Rwanda Children opened the Yellow Elephant Coffee Café in Ntarama, Rwanda, with Hope & Equip providing $110,000 for land and construction. Designed to create sustainable revenue for the ministry, the café serves coffee grown, harvested, dried, and processed on Rwanda Children’s own plantation, along with baked goods and other products. This investment is helping transform locally grown resources into a sustainable source of income that supports Rwanda Children’s long-term mission.

Hope & Equip also visited Rwanda Children’s Sewing Cooperative and Training Center for the graduation of 20 single mothers who gained vocational skills and a pathway toward greater economic independence. Hope and Equip provided each graduate with a new sewing machine to begin their own business.

Hope & Equip partnered with ReDefined-2 Sis Mission in West Monroe, Louisiana, a Christ-centered prison outreach committed to sharing the Gospel while teaching, leading, and walking alongside incarcerated individuals and their families. We gave $19,875 to provide materials needed to strengthen and grow this program of work.

Through this partnership, we are investing in more than immediate needs—we are helping bring hope and spiritual encouragement inside prison walls while equipping individuals for a different future.

Hope & Equip is proud to partner with R1T1 in Honduras, investing in work that reflects our commitment to Kingdom growth, empowerment, and sustainability. Rather than simply meeting immediate needs, R1T1 equips individuals and communities with opportunities to build stronger, more sustainable futures while sharing the hope of Jesus Christ.

Through this partnership, Hope & Equip provided $135,000 to help R1T1 purchase the current property being leased, which will allow them to develop the full extent of the property in ways that will expand their impact across Honduras, along with their sustainability.
