We Find & Fund

Hope & Equip spreads awareness for projects, helps obtain funding for necessary resources, and provides emotional support and hands-on assistance with building and launching life-changing programs.

We Empower

We bring hope to the disadvantaged, poor and destitute by empowering them to build better lives and improve their communities.

We Strengthen

Our goal is that when we leave our work sites, the nationals are fully-equipped and ready to not only continue the established programs, but to use their resources to reach out, spread the love of Christ, and make a difference in their communities.

We Lead

Christ has called us to build a better future for individuals, their families and communities through program development, vocational skills training, leadership training, resources, and networking

We Educate

Our focus is to equip individuals with skills and a foundation to create sustainable positive change in their daily lives.

We Consult

We consult with communities to create solutions that meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of people who desperately need to see the love of Christ in action.

Programs are designed to meet the specific needs of the group, whether agricultural, educational, financial, medical, recreational, or vocational.

While developing these programs, we train them to lead and direct the work so they can continue to thrive and grow after our team leaves and returns home.

Some of our projects

Sewing Cooperative and Training Center

On June 7, 2021, we officially funded the Sewing Cooperative and Training Center, located at Rwanda Children, Ntarama. This program has started with 25 teen mothers ready and eager to develop so as to change their lives in a better way. The official opening was done by the Local Leader representative, after being given a tour of the whole center particularly 3 main rooms that will be used on a regular basis. The three rooms are:

-The training room

-The cooperative room

-The storage room ( for finished products)

Masonry School

In Haiti, we partnered with Lucner to construct a masonry school. This new school helps provide a much more safe and secure learning environment for the children of Haiti. Our goal is to provide education for valuable skills and job training. We focused on equipping the children with skills and a foundation to create sustainable positive changes in their daily lives.

Motorcycle Repair School

In Honduras, we opened a motorcycle repair school. Here the citizens take a 6-month course to learn a trade.

Supporting Albania

In the country of Albania, we help Christian communities offer vacation bible school and free English language classes. As tourism is important to the overall economy of the country, these offer a great value to the citizens. This allows them to seek educational and vocational opportunities.

Cuba Water Project

In partnership with Great Cities Missions, we have helped to improve the water quality for residents. Polluted water has become a problem. With this mission, we strive to improve the water conditions to make it safer and healthier for human consumption.

Soccer Ministry

We partnered with Great Cities Missions on a soccer ministry in Huehuetoca, Mexico. Our funding helped to clean up the park and create a welcoming place to create a soccer league for the community. This ministry is being continued with the involvement and management of Great Cities Missions.
